CB-REG Remote Support

Choose your operating system below. After installation, open RustDesk and tell your technician your RustDesk ID.

Server: support.cb-reg.com Relay: support.cb-reg.com:21117

Windows

If you were sent here by a technician, use the Custom Client (it’s already configured).

Double-click the downloaded file. RustDesk will open already pointed at the CB-REG server — just read your ID to the technician.

Chrome/Edge: if the download is blocked, click the arrow ▾ next to the file in the downloads bar → KeepKeep anyway.
Windows SmartScreen: click More info → Run anyway. Both warnings are expected until the app is code-signed.

macOS

Pick the download that matches your Mac. Both are already configured for the CB-REG server.

Not sure which? Click the menu → About This Mac. If it says Chip: Apple M…, use Apple Silicon; if it says Processor: Intel…, use Intel.

To install:

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag RustDesk into the Applications folder.
  2. Right-click (or Control-click) RustDesk in Applications and choose Open → Open. If macOS still blocks it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. This warning is expected until the app is code-signed.
  3. When RustDesk asks, enable Screen Recording and Accessibility (it links you to the right spot in System Settings). These let the technician see and control the screen.
  4. Read your ID to the technician.
Using the official RustDesk app instead?

Import this server config: Settings → Network → Import Server Config.

What to tell your technician
