If you were sent here by a technician, use the Custom Client (it’s already configured).

Download Custom Windows Client Deploy (auto-register) Fallback: install only

Technicians: run the deploy script to auto-install, set a password, and register in the address book: 

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command “irm https://support.cb-reg.com/downloads/deploy.ps1 | iex”

If your browser blocks the download, click “Keep” / “Download anyway”. This is expected until the app is code-signed.

macOS

Download RustDesk from the official site, then import the server config below (Settings → Network → Import Server Config).

What to tell your technician

Open RustDesk and read your ID to the technician. You may be asked to accept the connection request.
